Karmi Villas Is Now on Sale

Sales have now opened at Karmi Villas, the project whose completion I shared earlier. The villas sit in the Karmi area of Kyrenia, between the Beşparmak (Five Finger) Mountains and the Mediterranean.

The development consists of eight detached villas. Each one stands on a generous plot with roughly 485–495 m² of enclosed living space, wide terraces and its own private infinity pool. The villas are complete and ready for delivery.

Northern Cyprus has seen its property market grow steadily in recent years, with Kyrenia at the centre of that interest. I planned Karmi Villas as a project built to hold its value over the long term in exactly this location.
