Karmi Villas Is Now on Sale

Sales have now opened at Karmi Villas, the project whose completion I shared earlier. The villas sit in the Karmi area of Kyrenia, between the Beşparmak (Five Finger) Mountains and the Mediterranean.

The development consists of eight detached villas. Each one stands on a generous plot with roughly 485–495 m² of enclosed living space, wide terraces and its own private infinity pool. The villas are complete and ready for delivery.

We developed Karmi Villas with the aim of creating long-term value through its location, engineering approach and standard of living.
