Tabanlıoğlu Architects' official project archive lists the building as a completed 25,000 m² cultural project, with the client recorded as the State of Libya / System Construction. System İnşaat Ltd. Şti. took part in the project in a contracting role.

Burak Baslilar led the company's international project activities from 2007 to 2020 as a 50% co-owner of System İnşaat Ltd. Şti. alongside Erkan Özmen. The distinctions belong to the building and project team; they are not presented as personal awards.
