Short biography
Burak Baslilar (Turkish: Burak Başlılar) is a civil engineer, real estate developer and healthcare investor, and a 1995 graduate of Middle East Technical University (METU). Over his career he has delivered large-scale construction, design-build, healthcare and real estate projects in Libya, Georgia, Qatar, Kazakhstan and Algeria. He is a co-founder of BAU International Hospital in Batumi, Georgia, and continues to develop real estate projects, most recently Karmi Villas in Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus.
