Burak Baslilar (Turkish: Burak Başlılar) is a civil engineer, real estate developer and healthcare investor. A 1995 graduate of Middle East Technical University (METU), he has more than two decades of international construction and project-development experience across Libya, Georgia, Qatar, Kazakhstan and Algeria.
He is a co-founder of BAU International Hospital in Batumi, Georgia — a 220-bed, internationally accredited multi-profile hospital in operation since 2016 — and the investor and developer behind projects such as the 164-metre Porta Batumi Tower and the Karmi Villas residential development in Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus.
